Research vision and experience
My research interests fall under in AI Ethics, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). In particular, I’m interested in the following:
- Identifying where and how biases reveal themselves in AI and how we can prepare for them to mitigate the end harms they will create
- Understanding how traditional sociological theories can help inform how we create AI
